Legal Framework & Transparency
A private members association operating strictly within the Spanish legal framework. We explain how it works, the conditions we meet, and why the club fulfills all legal requirements for discreet, private consumption.
Private Association
Access is restricted to registered members only. There is no public access, no street advertising, and no storefront. It is a closed club protected under Art. 22 of the Constitution.
Non-Profit Entity
We are not a business and we do not sell cannabis. Members collectively fund the shared cultivation. The association does not generate or distribute economic profit.
Internal Consumption
Cannabis is consumed exclusively within the premises. It never goes out to public roads. This eliminates the assumption of public scandal defined by Art. 368 of the Penal Code.
The Juridical Framework
Private cannabis associations in Spain do not have their own specific law, but their legality is supported by two pillars: the constitutional right of association (Art. 22 CE) and the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court, which has developed the doctrine of “atypical shared consumption”.
The Supreme Court establishes that the supply of cannabis between members of an association is not punishable under Art. 368 of the Penal Code provided strict conditions are met. It is not a legal vacuum: it is an exception recognized by the courts.
Membership Requirements
- Strictly 21+ Years OldAccredited with a valid, physical government-issued identity document (ID or Passport).

Frequently Asked Legal Questions
Can police enter the club?
Yes, as in any premises. If there is a court order or flagrant crime, the police can enter. That is why we scrupulously comply with all the conditions required by jurisprudence: registered members, no sales, internal consumption, legal age. A club that follows the rules has nothing to fear from an inspection.
Is it the same as a Coffee Shop?
No. This is not a coffee shop. Coffee shops are legal commercial establishments in the Netherlands; they do not exist in Spain. We are a private non-profit association: we do not sell cannabis, members participate in a collective cultivation and consume inside the premises. The legal difference is total.
Can you sell me cannabis to go?
No, never. Not only because our rules prohibit it, but because doing so would turn the activity into drug trafficking, which is a crime. Atypical shared consumption requires that it be inside the premises. Without exceptions.
